lyrics

Verse 1:
On the first day of spring
Willing for a change
Feel it on its way
Sets of footprints printed on the shore
Icy tide electrifies your core

Chorus:
There's a ship coming in from the distance
Looking at the water I hear whispers in the corners of my mind
Stars appear one by one, light the harbour below
I hear you speaking to me
In the lapping waves and the afterglow of sunset

Verse 2:
Far into the night and over many miles
Rivers running wild
There is someone sitting by a fire
Wondering when weary will retire

Verse 3:
Treading hallowed ground all these years
Figures in the mist fighting to exists
Illustrations and descriptions handed down
The messages make their way back around
